What it takes to work in the field for Capstone

  • Actively participate in all company programs
    • Safety, continual improvement, processes, and more
  • Take direction and work as part of a team
  • Work up to 12 hours shift in the outdoors
    • All year long and in all weather conditions
  • Working away from home and in remote locations
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs many times in a day
  • Mechanically inclined and willing to get dirty

Additional factors that Capstone reviews

  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • At least 18 years old
  • Class 5 driver’s license with Q (air endorsement)
    • Class 3 with Q is preferred
    • Graduated Driver’s License (GDL) is not permitted to operate commercial vehicles
  • Valid H2S Alive certificate
  • Valid 1st Aid certificate
  • Valid Fall Protection certificate
